SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1) Description of SMS Use Cases (Program Description)

Stephanie Hoyte University LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates an SMS messaging program that sends text messages to individuals who have explicitly opted in. Messages may include webinar reminders, course promotions, appointment confirmations and reminders, free kits/resources notifications, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

Opt-in method: Consent is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent.

2) Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to +1 (904) 467-4746 (the same number that sent you messages). After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message to confirm you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through our opt-in form.

4) Message & Data Rate Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
Message frequency: Up to 6 messages per month (may vary).

5) Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6) Age Restriction (18+)

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
